iDeneti supports ASHI-compliant home inspection reporting through SOP-specific inspection profiles and AI-assisted report drafts. Inspectors review findings, recommendations, and inspection limitations before publishing. You can capture inspection findings offline. AI processing and Stripe payments require an internet connection, so Maxter cannot generate drafts while you’re offline. If you’re using a browser, see the photo and audio limits below.

Once synced, your photos and audio are stored in iDeneti’s cloud and available through Clipboard across your devices. After using Sync & Free Space, you’ll need an internet connection to reopen cloud photos. The exception to watch is unsynced browser captures: keep the tab open until syncing finishes before refreshing, closing it, or clearing browser data. Browser photos aren’t automatically saved to your device’s gallery.

Knockknock guides clients through accepting your terms during booking, tracks acceptance, and notifies related parties. For payments, clients can provide a payment method upfront for Stripe processing when you publish, or you can handle payments manually at the job site. Automated processing does not guarantee payment.

When you publish, Knockknock notifies authorized recipients and gives them access according to their booking permissions. Inspection and subcontractor reports are available together, with filtering, search, and printing.
